If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is received, contact should be made within 30 days so the issue can be evaluated and corrected. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. If due to Simple Deluxe's reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted. Once the return is received and inspected, notification will be given about whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. It can take normally 2-5 work days, or even up to 10 work days occasionally for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
