Simpledeluxe.com Return Policy?
At Simple Deluxe, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items in new condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also needed. If the return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and/or defects, not have been installed, be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging free of writing, not be missing pieces, and not be clearance/liquidations/closeout. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is received, contact should be made within 30 days so the issue can be evaluated and corrected. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. If due to Simple Deluxe's reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted. Once the return is received and inspected, notification will be given about whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. It can take normally 2-5 work days, or even up to 10 work days occasionally for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
As for the shipping policy, Simple Deluxe offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Due to the pandemic, processing time for each order is 1-3 days, and items generally arrive in 3-10 business days. Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship out from the fulfillment centers. Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. If a package is recorded as delivered to the address, but not received, contact should be made within 2 weeks of placing the order. Simple Deluxe is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the wrong address if a customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

What payment methods does Simpledeluxe.com accept?
Simpledeluxe.com accepts various payment methods. Customers can choose to pay with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, and installment payment. When selecting these options at checkout, customers will be directed to the PayPal site to complete their purchase before returning to SimpleDeluxe. If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and customers will receive an order confirmation to their email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, the order will be cancelled. SimpleDeluxe uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data sent over the internet. This ensures that customer information is kept private between their web browser and the SimpleDeluxe web server. If a customer's card issuer is based in the EU, they may be asked to verify their payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). They’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment using their mobile phone. Once completed, they’ll return to SimpleDeluxe.
